Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic yoga sequence, characterized, by the focus on Vinyasa, the linking of breath and movement.
This four-week workshop series will introduce you, step by step, to the essentials and fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga. This workshop is suitable for those who are new to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga and for those who are making the transitions from other Yoga disciplines. A smaller class size allows for more individual attention, detailed instructions and questions.
Upon completion of this workshop series, you will be able to comfortably attend and participate, in our led classes and our Mysore classes.
